Why would I use Earth Mail?

Earthmail is perfect for people on the move or businesses that need to be discreet in their operations i.e. sales reps, members of parliament etc...

No need to place your mail on hold or redirect any longer, Earth Mail is your mailbox for life!!!

The main difference between Earth Mail and other online postal serivce providers is that Earth Mail provides you with a high quality colour scan of the front and rear of your envelopes/packages. You can then make an decision as to the importance of your mail before processing it further.

How does Earth Mail work?

We provide you with a new Private Bag address and 4 digit account identifier, which you can use to have all your mail sent to.  We collect your mail for you daily, colour scan the envelopes and add them to your profile for you to decide the action you wish to take.

If you require your mail opened and scanned select the action from our drop down menu and you will be notified by email when your item is ready to be viewed.

If you chose to recycle your unwanted post we will shred and recycle at no charge.

Forwarding mail is also available and at your request your mail will be forwarded to the address you have selected. You will be charged based on size and weight and country for this service.

We also deposit cheques on your behalf.
