These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and EM and apply to your use of our online mail services at www.earthmail.co.nz. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and you should read them carefully. We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions in our sole and absolute discretion. You agree to regularly review the Terms and Conditions and familiarise yourself of the then current Terms and Conditions. By using our Kiosks after the posting or delivery of amended Terms and Conditions, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.

In no event shall Earth Mail, our members, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable(jointly or severally) for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use or loss of data.
